Your Hosts

Jess Carlin
Co-Host · London
Based in London, Jess is the driving force behind the educational, marketing and tactical side of Early Adoptr. With a background in delivering high-level digital transformation work for multinational media companies, she specializes in translating complex AI developments into real-world use cases.
Jess is known for her “no-nonsense” approach to technology, cutting through the hype to find the practical frameworks that business owners can implement immediately. When she isn't editing the latest episode, you can find her defending her “hot takes” on the best afternoon tea in London.

Kyle Millar-Corliss
Co-Host · Los Angeles
Based in Los Angeles, Kyle is the technical strategist and systems-thinker behind Early Adoptr. He has spent years designing and implementing data and AI systems across startups, scale-ups, and mid-market companies, helping leaders turn fragmented data into assets they can actually trust.
On the podcast, Kyle focuses on deconstructing the “black box” of AI, pressure-testing new tech to ensure it drives real-world profitability rather than becoming an expensive science project. When he isn't translating complex architecture, he's usually hunting for the perfect cold brew or proving his background isn't a green screen.
